You can find many types of blank DVDs here such as DVD + R DL. DVD+R DL is a type of DVD+R once-writable disc that is commonly used today. These DVDs cannot be rewritten although they sometimes come with the letters "RW" added to them which confuses people. Because they cannot be rewritten, they make good discs for data storage or video and audio files.

DVD+R DL is a double layered disc. This technology was not used on DVD+R formatted discs until around October 2003. Double layering the disc allows double the storage capacity, taking it from 4.7GB of storage to a capacity of 8.5GB per disc. You may have also seen this type of blank DVD called the DVD+R9.
