Memorex DVD+R 16x 4.7GB 100 Pack Spindle

I have used inexpensive DVDs for years (many more inexpensive than these) and some Memorex as well and never had a major problem. I ignored the negative reviews and decided to try these anyway since it was a known and previously used (and somewhat respected) name brand. The gamble didn't pay off. These are CHEAP (not just inexpensive)!! Over 50% failure rate (tested at multiple burning speeds). I have never experienced more then 5% failure rate in the past. These DVDs are literally 10 times worse than the cheapest, worst DVDs I have ever used in my life. These are very bad. Just thought I'd put it out there as someone who has used Memorex in the past and thought these would be fine. They are not.

Complete garbage.

this was the worst batch of dvd media i have ever purchased,,,every other one is bad...could not afford to send them back so throwed them away and chalked it up to a bad buy,,,will not purchase anything else from your company,,,asked for a return label and u refused so this is one customer u have lost for good,,,

They do what they are supposed to do, have some that are 3-5 years old and they still read well.

I have been using these DVD+R's for over a year now and the only flaws I find are in my own files. I will continue to use this brand and this model of disc for the great price, quality and reliability. What else can be said?

This is an excellent product. Every disc is usable and I always get high quality recordings.
